Trey Mustian has been representing regular people since 1981, with substantial experience in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, and Social Security Disability. Mr. Mustian has extensive trial experience, having tried hundreds of cases. He graduated from Tulane Law School cum laude  in 1981 and practiced with Stanga & Mustian until June 2025 when that firm closed its practice.  He is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts, Courts of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Mustian is a member of the Louisiana Association for Justice, Louisiana Workers' Advocates, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, and is a fellow in the College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers.
